Gate was closed when tried to drop off. the people are never at the office. and im curious as to why when I attempted to rent the exact same trailer 4 days later, the rent went up $30 for the exact same trip back to Ponca City?


Attendant was out to lunch with no return time posted. It took three of us, my wife, me, and the attendant to get the trailer off the hitch. The attendant offered me use of a very small jack, but none of us knew how to use it.

Reserved a van a month prior to the date we needed it. Called a week later and confirmed it. Called the afternoon before and was told the truck would not be available. We were told to call back and they would see what they could do. We tried calling back several times and nobody would answer. We ended up having to cancel from that location and get a truck from another location. When we tried to return the truck, the gate was malfunctioning and would not open. We had to drive the truck back home. We called Uhaul and they said they would make a note to not charge so we wouldn't be charged the additional mileage. We were also sent a $15.00 off coupon and we were told it would be applied to our bill. The website says they open at 8. When I dropped the truck off the next morning, nobody was in the office. I called and spoke to the person and she said she wouldn't be in until 9. We we're headed out of town and couldn't wait. I explained the situation and was told it would be taken care of. When we received our bill, we were charged for the extra mileage, we were charged an additional day, and the coupon was not applied to our bill. We will find another company to use from now on because this has been the worst experience we have ever had.


More information and prep at the pick up site on exactly where we can drop off and what to do when the fro off location is closed and gate locked up with no entry. Pick the drop off location when we reserve the U-Haul. I asked and the reply was that we had to do it online, which didn't work when we both tried several times from our phones. It was awful. We had to call the U-HAUL number 3 or 4 times and talk to 3 or 4 different people before someone finally helped us

I was over charged told they were going to fix it and they end up taking out even more money. And I will have to call them again tomorrow.

No equipment available, furniture pads left in back of truck from previous renter. Manager had no idea they were there. She told me there was no dolly, but one was in a different truck on the property. Manager did not know how to properly lock and unlock back compartment. No paperwork was provided, just keys.

Only problem there were not many trucks available. There were only two and one was reserved. So I had to rent a truck much too large for my needs (and more costly). But the manager at the location was very efficient and provided excellent service. So my overall experience was very nice.

I think all vehicles should have a full tank of gas when rented out. We actually put more gas in than was originally in there, but was charged $7.50 because U Haul claimed we were 2 gallons short. We took pictures of before and after but am not going to squabble over $7.50. I guess they need it more than I do.

Although my U-Haul experience was horrible up until the time to turn it in the individuals are Broyles storage are very friendly very helpful and knowledgeable I did not fill them in on all of the situations that occurred in the time I rented to the time I dropped off but I rent a U-Haul again you guys are jeopardize my health I'm back at can't even stand up without a hook it up by myself everything was a complete f****** joke and I deplete appreciate a call from a manager 580-370-1521
