Quick, easy pickup and drop-off. Made our move very enjoyable.
Rick LVery friendly and helpful
Shawn PI sent a message at drop off that we were not able to access the inside of the facility to drop off. We had to wait for a code from someone who rents a unit at the facility to get inside to drop off. This was not my fault and I was charged an additional fee.
Amanda NGuy was kinda rude, said we had to deliver by 5:30pm or gate would be locked. So had to leave work early to return trailer
