1. Have the blankets I ordered and not make me go to another location. 2. Tell me about the issue with the driver side door and how it needed to be slammed multiple times before it closed. 3. Tell me that the “fuel economy” gauge doesn’t work. 4. MOST IMPORTANT: tell me it’s damn near impossible to pump gas into this truck. 5. Tell me the fuel tank isn’t full (given #4, I can now understand why). I really hope these issues are fixed before this truck is rented out again.
JOHN HFind a way to communicate un advance during check out that the drop off process would be electronic. It is important to note, the drop box information made it easy to work through, but at first finding that link was hard.
