The truck cab was dirty, smelled bad and the windshield was so dirty that driving was dangerous until we could get it cleaned. The truck itself was powerful, ran smoothly, and our overall experience was positive. The truck needed an oil change.

Double check hitch receiver that was installed is installed properly so customers don't drive first 300 miles dependent on gravity and friction of not having the receiver bolted in.

When I rented online I was told that if we did not open a rented blanket bag then we would not have to pay for them. But upon return of the truck and blankets I was told that I could not be reimbursed even though I did not open them all.

They tried charging me for two more gallons when it was filled to 3/4 when I picked it up & when I left it, but your contract had it marked to a mark above 3/4 & that mark does not exist on the fuel gauge. I have a picture if you would like to see it.

The gentleman at this location was incredibly kind however U-Haul as a company stinks I reserved a 26-footer with an auto transport and when I went to get my confirmation they said I only had a 20-footer I am now paying for storage unit in Oregon for a year until I can get back out there to bring the rest of my stuff to the South Carolina due to U-Haul and their screw up this is the second time.

I walked in without a reservation. I asked for a specific trailer. The guy working said it was available. He told me he'd be with me when he finished with other customers. Take in mind I was the first customer. He took care or two customer purchasing wood from his other business. Then a third customer came and this was a uhaul return. He took care of that customer while i waited. I was fine with waiting except the trailer was reserved online while I waited. So i was told that the trailer was no longer available for me. I needed and wanted that specific trailer and had gone to that location to get that specific trailer. Mike the agent was apologetic and nice but couldn't help. I had to rent a smaller trailer and was not able to bring all of my belongings with me. I have to pay another two weeks for storage. Being a customer and having worked in customer service I understand accidents happen. For me this is a huge inconvience and am to say the least. I'd like to be refunded for the trailer that I rented and reimbursed for the storage costs. Thanks

location was great. But dont use uhaul if you can help it, i had reserved a truck and trailer in oakridge or and they couldnt fill it so i ended up having to use a little trailer and 3 trips to do what i could had done with what i reserved in one trip .that lady canceled my order when uhaul couldnt get me what i needed this made it take another day to get loaded worse i will never use uhaul again if i can help it

When I reserved the pick-up truck and trailer, I called the 7th Street location and was given a reservation confirmation #. I received a call from Mike confirming the pick up date/time which they had the pick up time wrong and neglected to inform me that the truck/trailer was not at the 7th Street location. Fortunately, I stopped at the 7th Street location the night before for supplies and checked on the reservation which is when I was told they had sent the reservation to Mikes Bargain Center a few miles away.

I made a rental for a 10 feet truck. I got a 16 feet truck which had a dead battery. I called the 1800 to get Emergency Road Assistance and they said I needed to wait 1 Hour to get service. Thank God I have AAA because they helped me with your problem. I am not happy about this experience. It was horrible and it's not acceptable. You charged me $340.00 for this equipment which was not working properly. I would like to be compensated for this malfunctioning of your truck. I have proof that the battery was dead. AAA tested it and gave me a paper which shows how dead the battery was. I also had to spend more money on the bigger truck you gave me. You charged me too much for the service and I would like to be refunded half of what I paid for.

Service at pick up and drop off was fine. My reservation was booked on line to save time I checked in there as well. The location I selected did not have the truck size I reserved. I received a call right away to change locations. Somehow when being rebooked the Safemove feature was added. I did not realize that until seeing my charges. The girls manager did end up resolving this. It was still a hassle that impacted the experience. I also highly suggest getting the 2 wheel dolley and blankets out of the truck if you don't want them. Customers pay for that space and then cannot even move these items. I understand this could generate $ and some customers like this but you will lose more customers than make $ I assure you. I will certainly opt for a competitor in future moves based on this experience.
