The owner Larry made a new reservation without telling me he was doing so, I just find that annoying. I would have just called to cancel the reservation I made with the agent. Larry called back me via his caller-id as I didn’t leave his location a message, he told they don’t have vans only 10’ for the price. I was agreeable to the larger vehicle. I just wish he would have told to call to cancel the previous reservation.

Why is Uhaul advertising trucks for 19.95 and then charging 82 plus dollars? Its a bit misleading if you ask me. Put the actual price up so folks know what they are getting into.

I originally rented the truck for one day at 29.95. Called a few hours later to extend another day and left a message as nobody answered. Someone did call back later and they said that it was fine. They charged an extra $30 for extending it one day, in addition to the daily rate for the extra day. Just seems like a shady way to make extra money. Makes no sense why a fee would be imposed to extend a rental I'm already paying for.

There were lots of mistakes. Larry originally tried to give me a vehicle I did not need “in order to save me insurance money”. After we told him no, he proceeded to give me an even bigger vehicle, claiming he “mixed me up with a lady that came in earlier”. We then added a driver and it took a long time. He claimed the “software kept glitching”. When he finally printed the papers, he had charged me more than was posted online. He said, “Oops. Let me run again.” After the papers were run again, the total was then $91! He said not to worry that everything would be perfect when we got back. I rented a van for 2.5 hours and drive a total of 8 miles. When I returned the van, there was a sign on the door that he was gone to lunch. So we dropped the keys in the drop box, called and left a voicemail saying we would be back after lunch to square up price as we didn’t use the vehicle as long or go as far as anticipated. After lunch (1 hour), we returned to find the van moved and a new sign on the door stating he was out making service calls. I called again. Had to leave a voicemail again. I finally sent a text. My account was charged $91. After waiting for him to go inside, he finally printed a receipt and told me it was my banks fault. It still has not been credited to my account. Overall, this was the poorest customer service and rental experience I’ve ever had. I will not recommend in the future. I’ll choose another service.

Your previous owner numbers on the Stars we're not able to be accessed I gave this location five stars for everything and I am not sure why I cannot put 5 stars in but it was a great experience and the dealership was wonderful thank you very much it was a great experience

This is one of the few uhaul dealers in my area I will use, Had issues with Collins and Cardnal wrecker and will not rent from them.

I originally reserved a van online but was told it had already been rented and a truck could be used in its place and quoted a price that was similar to the van. It’s my fault for not reading the contract carefully when I checked out the truck because thI mileage cost had been moved up to .99 cents per mile. For what I originally needed only a van for this transaction was not worth it and I will look for other options when I need to move something in th future before I consider U-Haul.
