The air conditioning did not work at all. It would only blow warm air and the temp that day was 87. Also one tire was very low when we arrived for pickup and had to be aired up before we could leave. Everything else was great.
LISA HAugust 3 the dispatch Arkansas division was very very rude disrespectful and hung up on me and my wife. Very unprofessional and very unprofessional, ill, mannered, and rude. We were going through a difficult time moving to Colorado and this was really uncalled for and not the time for disrespectful behavior.
CHARLES FI made my reservation over 6 weeks ahead of time. The day before pick up I get a call that no trailer is available at the location so I could either cxl or drive an hour out of my way to pick up a trailer. Get to pick up place, guy comes out, hooks it up & says good to go....Maybe check the brake lights & turn signals when u hook it up for the customer, cuz I had none. Then when using the roadside assistance I bought, waited over 3 hours stuck at a truck rest stop 300+ miles from home, only thing the guy could suggest was to "drive really fast to the nearest parts store before it gets dark " or "camp out" at the rest area.... what a joke!! Messed up my entire move!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
