ANNA GThere was no customer service. After signing up for the 1 way to Utah, I thought the trailer would be coming up front or alteast someone assist me. Penske hooked everything up for me when a rented a truck and trailer from them. Penske was out of small trailers. I had good experiences with Uhaul before. I think part of Uhaul business plan is partnering with other businesses. I did not get the same service at "Monkey Quick Lube as I got at a Uhaul only place.

John GService provider did not tighten the trailer hitch to the ball!!!! Drove out the exit and on a VERY BUSY road the ^*#*+ trailer came off the ball!!!! I am submitting a damage claim to where it ran into the back of my Rivian !!! Stand by!!!!
