The owner that checked me in added insurance without me knowing, very underhandedly… I didn’t find out until I got the receipt.

TEDDY LWarning, I would not rent from U-Haul. They don’t train the third-party people efficiently went and rented a U-Haul. The guy asked me did I want to drop it off somewhere else or bring it back to that location ~ I asked him will you charge me more for dropping it off somewhere else he said “no” ~ so I dropped it off at a location closer to me the next morning I checked my bank account and they charged me an additional $200 and said wrong drop off and then didn’t want to give me my money back said that they was gonna stand on the charge. They were non-helpful. So I had to call my bank to get it back, don’t rent from U-Haul ~ I would advise anybody don’t rent from this company. They don’t have an ounce of integrity that’s crazy to charge an additional $200 because I dropped it off 10 miles up the road from where I rented it from. They are thieves
APRIL SDidn't go over the truck or any details with us just had us sign and pick up the truck. They also didn't have the 4 packs of furniture protectors I had ordered with my online purchase.
