Went in to ask where to put the trailer, we put it in the place. After many minutes of fighting to get this heavy trailer off the hitch with no luck, then looking online to see if we were doing something wrong, etc. I went back in to the store. to see if they know how to get it off the hitch, at that point they offered a U-Haul jack to lift it off. My husband deals with hooking utility trailers up to our truck on a daily bases, and has traveled with horse trailers dozens of times. So this isn't lack of knowledge but rather lack of forethought of the dealers on both ends of the trip providing what is needed to make this work without breaking our backs, and causing a world of frustration. When they saw us pull up with that size trailer why wouldn't they automatically offer the one piece of equipment they had conveniently stored in a near closet to us to start with?
CHRISTOPHER MIt was a local gas station that had the trucks parked on the grass and no one was available to help me unload my car from the dolly.
Paul JOperator was courteous, professional, effective, and efficient.
Earl SMy experience was excellent. I would recommend this location to my friends. The manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. Perry answered all my questions and was extremely helpful attaching the equipment and explaining how to use it. If the need arises I would certainly go back to this location.
