Nothing against the location only against the reservation. I reserved it 4 days in advance using the app to Moes in New Church, VA which was in the northern direction we were going only to find out less than 24 hours prior the truck was an hour south. Totally in the wrong direction. With that said, I had to reschedule multiple prepaid clients last minute because when we got down there to get the truck the app wouldn't work, photos wouldn't upload, connection kept dropping. So I called the 443 number and spoke to someone who helped me without using the app. Once I turned on the truck there was a check engine light on and the person I was speaking to said they will put me through to roadside assistance. After being on hold for 10 minutes I decided to just go being that all the gauges were fine ( I repair vehicles as a side business) and thought it was most likely a sensor. The back rear tire was out of round so the truck was bouncing horribly the first 5 miles every time the flat spot in the tire came around. My wife riding behind me saw how much bounce the truck had. After about 5-10 miles the tire rounded out and the ride was better. But the entire trip was fine and the drop off to Moe's was also fine. I need the truck this Saturday the 4th so I called the 443 number and verified a reservation at Moe's. Hopefully it's still there Saturday the 4th or there's another 26 footer somewhere north where I am going again.

Delcambre GNo available 10’ trucks when I needed the nearest location to my home. I couldn’t get any transportation to Bloxon and I had to leave my car there for three days. Nice and helpful reps at both locations. I think the 895 charge was over priced as a loyal customer. My math 396 mileage plus rental for 3 days, i returned it a day early doesn’t add up.
