We will never use this location again and suggest that it should be eliminated completely. The location is just a lot, with very little signage directing you to the adjacent gas station. When I returned the trailer, I requested assistance unhooking the trailer. The one person at the gas station told me that he could not assist me with disengagement of the trailer bc he had customers at the gas station. Of course, I was a customer as well. He also stated that he could not check me in and that I needed to call the station the next day to make sure I was not overcharged. When I called the next day, of course I still had not been checked in. Luckily, I was not charged extra. This additional call should not have been required.

When I dropped the U-Haul off at the store they charged me two extra days $180 which it took me forever to get back unreal makes me never want to use U-Haul again!! Very poor in getting my money back!!! Will probably never use U-Haul again after this experience

Kirpal B.Love the location personally, but it was more of a self-dropoff in the sense that the person scans the equipment in but the renter is solely responsible for detaching and placement of equipment. Maybe this is how it is on the dropoff vs. pick up in general. Overall I would use this location again.
