Couldn’t figure out where to drop it off at first location, so I drove to another location that wasn’t open. Drove back to the first location, got locked in by the gate. And they charged me another 65 dollars

This location was closed the day I returned the rental. I was unable to reach anyone by phone, as to where I needed to leave the truck key.
Kenny RI made a reservation at this location but when I arrived was told they they were closed and I would need to go to another location. Thankfully, the attendant was willing to go the extra mile on their vacation and assist. Appreciative of their help despite the confusion about the where I needed to pick up the Uhaul.

Ken Hdrop box had a lock on it and we weren’t given a code. had to call multiple times to get someone to answer and tell us the code to drop off the keys.
