I waited for over 35 minutes before I was attended to. Four other persons came in after me got upset and left.

This location is not safe. It is not clean. Has no drop off facility. The staff need more training. Staff didn't know how to print the customer contract. Had to contact customer service line personally, put them on speaker phone in order to instruct rep how to print. He blamed "new software". While that may be true and he was clearly embarrassed and apologized, he is still responsible for managing his location's service, to which he was incapable.
