The building was a garage and hard to get into. No signa to tell you where to enter the building. Smelled highly of marijuana. Truck was parked in red clay mud in which got all over my shoes and no way to clean them off until I got to my location. Truck was not swept out on the back and had drink spills in the cup holders and down the front of the cup holders.

As far as location of where I received my truck, it was a very, convenient location. Service at the location was a little tough because of having to wait to get started to get the truck. The people were great, but I might try another place next time simply because of price. Thank you for taking care of my needs U-Haul!!!

GEORGETTE AMy biggest issue was there was a hole in the roof of the truck and a lot of our items got wet. We have a trailer we could easily have moved but since there was rain in the forecast we opted to pay for a truck but our items got wet anyway. It was a total waste of money. The owner of the location was very nice but it was hard to figure out where the office was and there was only one way in and out so we got stuck when someone parked behind us.
