The only issue I had was that the vehicle I reserved wasn’t available to after my reservation started. The clerk made it right though and switched me to another one.

Kristy SI’m 70 years old and they wouldn’t let me park my car there. I had to walk 16 mins up the road to a Lowe’s parking lot to park my car. They were extremely rude about this! They shouldn’t be allowed to rent a truck if the costumer couldn’t leave the car after they pick up a rental truck.
