I had a major issue with the location and 24/7 pickup. The phone app would not recognize this location when I was at the truck. I sat on the phone with support for almost an hour and a half to just get the key out of the lockbox. Meanwhile, the truck I was picking up was not locked. Most of the time I was on the phone with support I was sitting in the unlocked cab of my rental vehicle. On top of this, support sent me to 2 different locations to try and get the address to work with the app? All that time running around to just have the person on the phone override the location service in the app.

It's a little sketchy, located at a septic pumping company, with dirt lot and gopher holes. You could twist your ankle walking around the truck and getting the key from the lockbox. I do need to mention that Justin Thomas was very helpful in obtaining the vehicle on short notice and getting the account setup. He called me later that day to ensure I was able to get the truck. I was very impressed with his service.
