I made reservation 3 weeks in advance which means nothing ,pickup location was changed twice after I traveled 4 states to pick up a trailer , I had to call to confirm location a day before , u haul traffic doesnt call until your at location and no trailer , TERRIBLE service , pickup and drop off are subject to change even if you have a reservation!!!!!!!!!!!
