Definitely not what I thought a UHAUL would be at, there was no other vehicles there besides the 1 UHAUL van we rented.

# 1 - Be clear with all your frivolous fees. #2 - Dirty Ass vehicle - I had to wash it myself’ I could not even see through window. # 3 - You charged me an after hour fee, like if there was some kind of U-Haul representative to help me. #4 - Your location was in a Gang Infested area to pick up the van - Listen to the recording how fearful I was in for my life. # 5 - Never again will I risk my life to go to a random location to pick up a U-Haul. #6 - I had to play like I was an employee of U-Haul, in order not to be assaulted.
