It was so easy to pick up and drop off. Everyone was very nice. It's super great to have a good uhaul location in north Fort Collins and Laporte!
Michael A.I was missing 2 dolly's I requested but was refunded the amounts at the end which is appreciated. I would only request that if the U-Haul provider doesn't have the dolly's available that U-Haul the website will prevent you from adding them.
David L.I remember getting my first uhaul at 17 years old! We have always gone to Uhaul 😌 I hope I'm spelling her name right, Cory and the man that was there to were Very professional and very kind. During this hard time for us like many others the pandemic has been Financially hurt us my husband lost his job unemployment ran out. We made grace payments but when his check stopped coming everything crashed. Sry but this is important for you all to know. My hubby is having major surgery soon and our help couldn't help because one of them tested positive for Covid. We needed that Uhaul two extra days !!! They were so nice told me it was all going to be fine. Just during all were going through, Two people we don't know showed kindness. Trucks always run Great!
