By the time im almost at the Customers location the Customer text me that they have help already and made me spend money on rentals for no reason im disappointed plus I don’t feel Confortable with the service provided today I won’t rent anymore U-Hauls never in my entire life or in my life time

KEITH WI've spoken to the manager, Reggie , regarding the condition of the equipment. Said he would look into it. I've rented lots of items from OHR and never had a problem.
