They took two days to finalize my reservation after drop off. After they told me everything was good and I will receive an email I had to back to the location to close out my reservation. The location or the regional manager, would not answer the phone for U-Haul as I called on the way to the location poor customer service no respect for the vendor (U-Haul company).
