Could not get the app to accept Mobil pick up. Took a long time and call to customer service before it was all set
Kate BReturning with the U-Haul share app is a very poor system. It constantly kicked us out of the app and wouldn’t connect to the truck rental return page. It had trouble downloading pictures and freeze when pushing the continue button. I will not use this system again.Put some signs out showing where people should park.
tim bNew bolt locks would be great, but they work I guess.
Brandon RLocation was in a weird spot and gos was not loading it properly so we had to drive around extra as we couldn't find where it was. The service was not good here and so the check out information did not properly load on my phone and we had a hard time checking out. Overall I was just extremely disappointed with my entire experience.
