We did meet a person (not a completely remote transaction) while picking up the van. He was helpful and friendly.

Lanette KSignage that can be seen from the approaching road. Our gps had us turn into shopping center just before the business location. A visible sign would have saved us driving around, thinking we were lost and having to call the business to be directed just a few feet more on the Main Street where we turned off. Also, cut back the woods, trees, forest to give clearance to trailers. In having to go behind trailer for photos, I had to move some tree branches. A bug from that encounter got in my hair and by the time I was getting in our vehicle it crawled down back of my neck. It was large and hideous looking. Great start tp an early morning.
