The guy at the Main Street location in Leola, PA was an absolute nightmare to deal with. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! This guy should not be working with the public, let alone be a representative of such a large, known company such as U-Haul. I’m still waiting for a manager to call me back regarding the experience.
