JOHN MThe person working at the counter (I forget her name) was extremely nice and helpful, some of the best customer service I've seen lately. Although it seems unfair/complicated that she's having to take care of Uhaul while also having to tend to the gas station counter all by herself without a second person, particularly when she has to step outside to give us the trailer and leave the store unattended for a brief time. Not her fault and she still did great.
