The man who helped us was extremely rude to me and my mother. Would cut us off when we were speaking and disrespectful. Raised his voice to my mother multiple times and had the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I actually am not going to use U-Haul any more because of this poor experience. I have never been so treated poorly while trying to pay and finalize the transaction.



Slow and very unreliable with information given. Will never use this location again. Was unable to efficiently aid me in booking this reservation in a timely manner and was rude when I had an issue returning the equipment.

I was charged for insurance that I declined when I reserved the truck and was never asked if I wanted to add it. I emailed asking why, and never heard back!

While it's your policy, I am not happy with this particular Rental for a couple reasons. 1st, my plan was to rent it for 3 days....load it up today from my warehouse, deliver my casino rental equipment to the party tomorrow, and unload and return it on Wed. Well, when I got to the warehouse 15 mins away from the location, and lifted the back door, it was full of leaves and dirt. I had to clean it out. It's Uhauls policy to either clean out the truck for the new Rental, AND charge the previous client for not having cleaned it out. That clean out fee should have gone to me. Next, I rented it for 3 days, but when I got up the road to my warehouse, my delivery guys said "why did you rent a uhaul, your 16' trailer will be large enough. We loaded the equipment to the my trailer with room to spare. As such, we returned the Uhaul to it's location, explained the situation to the store manager/uhaul dealer, and I thought, especially since I put $5 gas in it (that's how far we went round trip), that he would possibly not charge me...or maybe a "restocking" fee of sorts....not a full day's rental. But he did; and not only that, he did offer me the anything for cleaning out the back of the uhaul (I have pics)....not even an "Im sorry", or a "thank you". Dont get me wrong, he was nice, but completely uninterested in helping me with my situation. Overall, I was not pleased for this reason. This whole thing of nothing, cost me almost $50. But I guess policy is policy and I should have gotten my delivery guy's opinion first.
