Having me drop off in Frankfort when I had a uhaul drop off Ruth next to me was stupid.
Nathaniel D* don't repeat questions from online form during in-person check in (what size truck, do you want insurance, do you want dollies, etc) * if you order a dolly, it should be loaded on the truck when I arrive for pickup. * Truck was backed into a giant tree when I arrived for pickup. Therefore I could not get pictures of the back of the truck for condition purposes. * super easy check in. * even easier checkout. * friendly customer service * truck worked out great. all pricing was as stated. Thank you.
