This was the second time in about 2 weeks that we rented a trailer from this location. Neither time did anyone come outside to help. This time, the rrailer had not been swept out and the rubber chain locky things were dry rotted.

Very bumpy and driver seat belt was hung and wouldn't release..seemed like an older vehicle but these are things having no reflection on Mitchell's..they were very nice

When I went there to turn the U-Haul in I had to stand and wait for almost 45 minutes miss my appointment and I was very upset after standing there for almost 45 minutes someone came took me to the front and took another 20 minutes to check me in on a tablet... The next time I will get a U-Haul it would not be at that location I will go down the street

The equipment was clean and well-maintained however when I picked the truck up from Mitchell Hardware Thursday 1/11/18 morning it was a 1/4 of a tank upon me dropping it off this past Sunday 1/14/18 I put $20 and it read 1/2 tank which was 1/4 more than how I got it! I called the Mitchell Hardware the end of that day and again Friday morning to talk about the gas and the trailer be in the wrong size and E the manager there told me there was nothing he could do on his in that I would have to call the regional office and or Uhaul where I dropped it off in Millville Delaware and they would have to make it right.But that was not the case!.They've done nothing but shuffle me around from one U-Haul rep after another they're trying to rip me me off for $60.40 trying to say I was late turning it in when I have witnesses and I was on the phone with corporate the day I turned it in telling them about the contract and it was my only copy they told me just to drop the key in the drop box and they would file a report!I've had nothing but a hard time and Uhaul trying to make me eat $60.14 they're being crooked & very unprofessional and greedy, I'll never use Uhaul again!!!Why would I want to give them more gas than what they gave me?They already got a fourth of a tank more than they should have got and it was never late in fact I was a day early on the truck,and the trailer was 2 days early.I have proof and Witnesses.I don't recommend U-Haul whatsoever!!!!!

Confused and disappointed. I was offered the safe trip protection and declined it but still got charged for it. When I asked about it I was told it was too late and there was nothing that could be done. I checked back the next day and was told that this matter had been turned over to a regional manager. I have heard nothing regarding a refund.

This location refused to release the trailer at the pre-scheduled time because even though the location was open and ready for business, the owner had not yet arrived. I had to contact the national dispatch to release the trailer 2 hours later than the scheduled time.

In my original contract, I had reserved a furniture dolly. This item was not available at my pick up location which drastically changed my plans and now I have to reschedule moving some furniture 360 miles away.....NOT PLEASED with this service!!!
