I had a great exspirene renting from this place, although it wasn't my original pick-up spot. When someone makes a reservation, there is a reason for that. I needed to pick-up at 7;30 then had to wait till 10. Big delay!!! No bueno!!!!!!
Lena LKevin was very accommodating! I’ve never seen a cleaner truck and I’ve rented plenty of Uhauls. This is a smaller branch so you will definitely receive that A-1 service! He even disclosed the free amenities that I was never told about by the bigger branches. Great service—thank you Kevin!
JON GKevin Guo was so nice and kind. We needed to extend our days with renting a van and he was so understanding and and an easy phone call was made to extend our rental. Moving can be very stressful but Kevin made our rental experience very easy.
