The trailer had dirt & leaves stuck to the sides but that wasn't such a big deal but when I reserved my u haul originally it was at a different location but I got a call the day before I was leaving saying the original location doesn't have the trailer you need but gave me a new location & my pickup time was 9 am . I get to that location at 9 & nobody answers the door, nobody answers the contact number for that location so I call the number I made my original reservation she says that location doesn't open until 10 . But I can give you a next size bigger trailer for the same price at a different location. That's where it took forever to get stuff filled out & the guy wouldn't even come out to make sure I was hooked up right. Ended up getting on the road much later than I should've & drove a trailer with crap brakes into a horrible snow storm. Will not use u haul again.

CLIFFORD PFirst we reserved a truck in columbia weeks ago. Then found out we had to go 30 minutes away to get it, so very inconvenient. We opened the back and there was a bunch of trash, cardboard, broken glass and a car cover that was huge. We didn’t get a chance to inspect because it was pouring rain. And clearly the guy did not look inside either. Got on the road and there was hardly a wiper. Went back to him and all he said was you have to snap it on but the wiper was half gone. Went to auto part store and purchased 2 new wipers for $25.10 have no idea how we will get that back. and they helped us put them on. The guys at wentzville where we dropped it off were fabulous. We get another truck in 2 weeks for our move so we will see if it’s another nightmare . Sheryl Riley
