Picking up the uhaul was easy with the guy at the front. But dropping it off was horrible the lady attitude is not called for. I would rather had dropped it off at different location so I would not have went over my mileage, but the guy said it would have been more to drop off at a different location which makes you have to go over your mileage which makes no sense so its either you do or do. You can win with that one. I would recommend calling around first because I do believe every location is not the same everybody seems to make their own rules when it comes to renting a uhaul so just be mindful when renting period.
