The on-site staff was great! The return process ... using the app .... was horrible. The app continuously crashed/reset... making a 5 minute process take 20 minutes. Your app/backend server needs work.

DERRICK NThe location never answered the phone and did not return voicemails. The office was never open even during business hours. We had several issues with the main uhaul phone number during the reservation where the uhaul line would tell us they were having problems and to contact the local office and it would hang up (meaning the national support was unavailable). But when we called the local office, no matter the day or time of day, no one answered or returned voicemails. 0/10. Will actively encourage people to not use this location. The vehicle was clean and easy to pick up, but other than that we were left alone during the reservation without any assistance from the local office.
