Staff is nice and helpful. Contract processing and pick-up are two different locations which is somewhat inconvenient. The pick up location is easy to miss but the staff helped me find the pick up lot.
tuan dAll worked out, but the pick up lot was a mess. I almost left because the cargo trailer was hidden behind another truck and it wasn't obvious. It did all work out though.
