The trailer was very old. The decals on the sides were all pealing off. That concerned me. We picked up in NJ and left for FL. The right tire blew out on I85. Scary. Old worn out tire. When we made it to FL, I car passing by said our left tire was wobbling. I looked and it was. This trailer needs a work! Why was it rented to me????

Easy drop off, they direct us with map to the lot
ALEXANDER AWhen I arrived at the pickup location, there were no vehicles available and no uhaul staff to support. The gas station attendant told me I had to use mobile check in which was giving me issues. After calling someone, the gas station attendant finalized my check in and then gave me a form with a map of where to go and pickup my vehicle. I had to drive 3 minutes to a sketchy area behind someones house to complete the check in and pick up my vehicle. I was told to return my vehicle in the same place, however, the uhaul app did not recognize this as the correct location so I could not complete the self service return. I then went back to the gas station to complete the process however, could not properly do so because the vehicle was already parked at the lot and I was asked to take pictures. Overall a broken process and horrible customer experience.

BARRY MDon't charge for 5 gallons of fuel after having used less than a gallon (12 miles) and having put a gallon into the tank before returning it.
