The instructions and signage around the pickup location are really poor, to a level that should be unacceptable. The actual pickup address should be accessible somewhere in the email confirmation instructions or the app. But everything we could see told us to go to the Exxon gas station parking lot, which is not actually where the trucks are. Even once there, the instructions for how to get from Exxon to the actual truck parking lot a view streets away....the instructions were very unclear. It took us quite awhile, and we turned into a handful of wrong driveways or parking lots, before we eventually found the Uhaul lot. This process should be made MUCH easier for your customers
