Good morning, Please find attached a invoice from your office showing charges for a Utility Dolly and blankets, neither of which I ordered, also neither of which was provided to me, and thus I have not authorized to be charged to my credit card. I reserved this trailer 2020-08-18 for 48 hours, however was advised 2020-08-27 that I would not be able to use the trailer for the required time and would have to return it in 24 hours. Further the attendant was late to the 0800 reservation and then had to load the computer, delaying my time of getting the trailer to 0820, however I've been charged for a 24 hour rental, but I'm expected to return the trailer with less then 24hours use. The trailer has damaged chains. Pics attached. Please rectify these matters urgently or I will be left with no other option but to contact my credit card issuer and request a clawback of the unauthorized charges by your company. To say I'm unimpressed would be an understatement, your actions in how this is rectified, will dictate my review of this experience. Kind regardsAlex B.

Truck wandered all over the highway because of the play in the tierods. Not the renters fault at all. He was a great guy to deal with and only got the truck the night before. No complaint about him, just the truck.jason M.
For a one day rental, I was charged 216.00 +. I did get the insurance. The gas was on or more. and I was charged $54. The hidden cost at the end of the rental was way more than I wanted to pay. $236 was charged to my credit card. My experience with UHAUL as a whole has not been a good one. Though the reps and staff have been great, I was charged full price for a truck that broke down on me on the highway. The second truck - I waited 5 hours to get it through mobile. After speaking to 6 people, finally one of the managers came on and rectified the situation. On this level, I am very disappointed and may go somewhere else for a rental.Debra J.

Confusion about our order was not handled well. The staff admitted to having concerns about the maintenance of the vehicle. All parts of our order were handled very poorly at every stage of reservation. We were offered a vip voucher to compensate and the vip voucher was not applied properly so the pickup location demanded payment. We had to contact customer service yet again to sort it out. U-haul needs better communication between the company and franchises and better training on using that communication.ronda C.

The truck was disgusting both the cab and back. Mud everywhere, garbage under the seat, something spilled in the back and no attempt was made to sweep it out by the previous customer.Angela T.
