Lock box was frozen shut. The location was supposed to open at 10, so I waited 30 min for them to open. At 10 no one was there so I called the number and the guy who answered said he wasn't there because of the weather. Weather was completely clear. I ended up finally being able to leave 1 hour after my paid time began. Will use different location in the future.

The email did not provide enough information sharing how the mobile pick up worked. the link to the YouTube video was a broken link. I had to call customer service which defeats the point. One she shared how to do it, it worked well.
