Their weekend hours aren't good. Hard to get your rental through the phone since the location is closed after 4:30 pm on Friday til Monday morning.

I had engine trouble with my tow vehicle and needed to drop tow dolly off at non prenegotiated uhaul location. Was charged almost $300.00 dollars in penalties on a roughly $45.00 rental. I was expecting a penalty of some sort but one that was roughly 700% markup of the original rental cost seems a bit prohibitive. But I guess it makes a good story about bad faith corporations and trust I've already told this account to many people and will continue to in the future whenever the name uhaul comes up.
