The person at the counter did not honor the pricing I got online when I booked the trailer a week before so I had to pay more (also the person before me had a coupon that was Not honored), also gave me a different drop off location than what I had selected online. It seems to be like she just did a brand new reservation and didn’t look at what I had selected online at all because I also had to mention to her I ordered a 2 wheel dolly. When I went to hook up the trailer the chains were on the ground along with the trailer harness, it had rained the night before so they had dirt. Once I took the trailer home I had to sweep it because it has sand on the floorboard. I did like the newer LED style rear lights, they were bright. I only recommend this location because it usually has a good inventory.

The lady seemed more concerned with customers that werent UHAUL. Did not give me a inspection sheet. I was more or less worried if something was not completed fully on her end by as i was pulling out.

This was no the original location that I picked when I reserved. I found out that we had to pick up at this location through a text I received.

The pick up place handled 15-20 Restuarant and gas station customers while I just waited. Once I was loaded into the Uhaul computer, the counter clerk told me they would not hook up my trailer. She said, “ go out and do it yourself...she doesn’t do it.” I had never used a trailer, so did not know how to properly hitch it. I then had to beg for someone to help. Fortunately a man helped. Very poor service, let alone potential liability. Very poor site.

I reserved a 6x10 enclosed trailer online and when I arrived they did not have one on the premises. We contacted U-Haul on the phone and the whole reservation was messed up. They had me picking the trailer up near my home in Florida. I was up there to move my mother into an assisted living facility. It took almost an hour to get everything fixed but I was then running behind in my time frame. Luckily I was able to squeeze everything into the smaller trailer (5x8) but I'm really disappointed about the whole experience.

The start up of renting a Uhaul was terrible. My pick up location was changed to a place 30 miles out of my way. When I called to see about working it out the CR was rude and had no desire to be helpful. He finally gave me a different number to call, that went much better! When I went to pick up the Uhaul a week later they did not have the equipment I reserved. It took 3 people to finally remove it from my bill. When I dropped it off at the end of the day the employee that checked the truck in was really great! He was a joy to deal with, we cracked jokes and he made sure my bill was accurate. I have trouble saying I would use Uhaul in the future because of the way it started.

Personnel at checkout unpleasant I had to wait for a long time for truck even though I had already signed up & payed online The cost of truck was MUCH MORE THAN WHAT IT WAS STATED ONLINE the driver door wouldn't shut all the way The Sign in back of truck stated $25 refund if u clean it WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE

I dropped my equipment off the same day, at a location I was told was okay, and I still got charged for 4 days if rental use! This is the 2nd time this has happened! I used the trailer for less than 4 hours.

I had two different stores give away my reservations. Spent several hours at multiple locations to get truck needed to move. Created much stress to an already stressful situation. Customer service was Terrible at best.

My first time ever renting a u haul and it was great! I reserved it online, and picked up with no problems. Drop off was also a breeze. Adam helped me and was very nice and helpful.

The employees at this location were very kind and I appreciate what they were doing. They had another customer that was highly unsatisfied as well because of the scheduling mix ups that UHaul it self created. The employees handled everything very well and managed to handle other customers were taken care of. UHaul needs to do a better job in there scheduling and make sure what they do and do not have.

There was no one there to help hook up the trailer. I am 66 and disabled so lifting the tongue twice, once to pick up once to drop off has left me with a sore back. I also feel that someone should verify that the right hitch, ball and wiring connector are being used for your sake.

they could help hookup trailer and rented equipment not just give you keys.the truck was about 200 ft from store i asked if i could pull up to load and was told no you can not block the drive witch is four cars wide

There wereno signs so I was unsure where to go or who to talk to concerning the uhaul. I went to the teller at the gas station and luckily I was in the right place. The lady was a little rude at first but warmed up later. Uhaul had booked my for 2 Uhauls by mistake but it was an easy fix so not a huge deal but still a little annoying.

I tried to talk to the agent about a discount because the truck was dropped off super early and with more gas , she told me to call 1800 U-Haul . Had the driver pull truck up to door for inspection then park it a mile away from establishment. Not a happy customer ,overpriced and no one seemed to know for sure what they were doing

U-Haul website is confusing. I ordered a 6 to flat 4 set up for lights for the auto hauller and I guess it is coming in the snail mail, NOT available at pick up. This is a corporate error, NOT THE FAULT OF KENNETT TRUCK STOP. Corporate cost me valuable time and $.
