The people were very friendly and i had no problems getting my rental but the unit was not very well maintained, i had to service the tongue jack and the tie down ratchets to use them.

Our appointment to pick up our rental truck was 9:30 am on June 17. We arrived at 9:15 and there wasn't anyone there. A sign in the window indicated they would return at 10:00am. My husband asked about the whereabouts of the U-Haul rep and was told that she should be there at 10. My husband told him we were supposed to pick up the truck at 9:30 and he said she should be there then. She did not arrive until 10:10 am - 45 minutes past our pick up time. The problem was that we had movers who had arrived at 10 am and were waiting at our house to load the truck! Because of her lateness, we ended up having to pay an additional hour ($80) to the movers! Very frustrating!
James EEvery issue I had was with U-Haul, itself, NOT this location. Deborah was an absolute pleasure to work with, even in the face of several U-Haul system issues, and was kind, professional, and made sure I felt taken care of.

KEVIN WNot all lights worked, I had to get the tail lights working after I hooked to it and pulled away and checked them at a gas station. Also, these trailers need jacks. I hurt my back picking this heave bastard up to put on my receiver ball. I'm a good sized man and it was difficult for me. My lower back has hurt since Thursday morning when I hooked it up. Put jacks on these things. The lady in the office was awesome.
