The staff at this location is excellent. Both women I interacted with were professional, caring and very pleasant. In particular, Michelle Mills was efficient and knowledgeable and did her absolute best to see that we were satisfied. She is probably the best U-haul representative I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She could benefit U-haul by being included in training other employees in how to provide excellent customer service.

I got to the location by the turn in time of 9 am. The scheduled opening was 10. I unhooked and parked the unit by the other trailers. I found an open door to the building and found the guy already at work on paperwork. We had a pleasant exchange and that was it. A good overall experience.

The ladies at this location was very knowledgeable, when it came to the equipment needed to move my son from college. The truck I rented was clean and well maintained. I would recommend this location, based on the customer service I received alone. If I need a rental in the future, I will definitely come back again.

Sunday pickup was horrible. 1. The trailer I was givien was damages and missing one of the necessary chains. 2. Received no assistance from the staff in hookup 3. Scheduled pickup was noon and the office was late slhowing up.. I would not use this location in the future

I was transferred to this location after reserving at another location because the equipment was not available at the first. I had never towed a trailer before, and was informed by dispatch that the staff at this location would hook up the trailer and be sure all taillights were working. But, I had to ask that the 4 x 8 trailer be hooked up after being told I was “good to go” when I paid and signed the paperwork. The staff did the connections willingly, but I should not have had to ask. Otherwise, the experience was handled very professionally, and I would use this location again.

I don’t have a problem with the local pick up at all. As a matter of fact the the lady at the local level, her name was Michelle, was more helpful than cooperate level of Uhaul. When I was placing the order online, following prompts and making choices three things happened. First Uhaul changed my pickup location, I understand this to a degree because of where the truck would be. However I chose a 7:00 am pick up time and when the location changed the earliest I could get it was 10:00. This put me three hours behind on a really long day. I know I could have done an online early pick up option, but that brings me to the third problem. The Boxes I ordered were tied to the original pick up location not to where Uhaul changed the truck pick up to. This is crazy if you change the truck local every part of the order should be changed as well. I had to figure this out on my own the night before this planned move happened. I couldn’t do the early pick up because I had to make sure there was someone there to speak to Incase there was problems. I ended up just canceling the box order because it was just to aggravating to mess with. That brings up a 4th issue, I was charged for the boxes online when I scheduled the truck not at pick up so now I am having to wait for my account to be credited back the money. This means I am going to have to keep dealing with this to make sure that the money is put back. I would like to brag on Michelle again, she really tried to accommodate me the best she could, even to the point of giving me the boxes from her location, which she didn’t have to when I was able to cancel the order. I was coming from out of town to an unfamiliar place to empty a dead family members house, an already stressful situation, then have to run all over town the day of the move because of Uhaul. That is why I ordered the truck several days in advance online to avoid all the problems. Uhaul should tie every part of the order, truck, boxes, whatever together. If they change the local of the pick up everything should move with the truck, and no charges should be made until the day of pickup.
