Better customer service and someone with knowledge about renting a truck! I was charged 224 to hold the truck ok fine but once I returned the truck I was charged an additional 60 instead of taking the balance from the security deposit! Then of course nobody knows anything!

ANDY CExtremely disappointing experience. There was a complete lack of communication, poor inventory management, and very little customer service. I was sent all over town trying to locate what I needed, wasting hours of my time. The entire process was frustrating and poorly handled. I expected much better.

CATHY MThe location representative was pleasant however the equipment wasn’t in good shape. It was not clean and the TPMS icon stayed on. Tires were very overinflated according to the readings.
