Staff were friendly and informative at pickup and dropoff. (same location) Having rserved vehicle online, the onsite process was easy and went quick. Staff made sure to point out things like vehicle number, noting fuel level, and making sure the vehicle size was right for my need; they showed me all the different size vehicles they had onsite

DEXTER Swish we knew about deposit before hand. drop box was closed locked up when we returned the vehicle, luckily the store was opened and was able to give the key to someone there
