How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe dolly was loose in the truck. I discovered this when I open door for loading. I secured the dolly. I was charged for use of the dollly though I did not use it! The truck was not clean.

José aI've rented from this location before. I don't recall there being a charge of by the mile but overall this was a quick easy thing for the move that I needed to do! I wasn't told about the checkout the steps of taking a picture of the back of the truck and getting a text message to check out the truck so I didn't get those steps done because I wasn't aware that it was going to happen cause I wasn't told about it. All I was concerned about was being charged the correct price since I didn't use all the miles I originally stated for use.
