Had no help hooking up the trailer. Wheels were sunk in the ground and it was very difficult to move the 6x12 trailer. At least they were there....rented another 6x12 a week ago from this location and nobody was there or answered phone calls. Called another location and they took care of my rental. Gave this location a second chance but they blew it !
