It was virtual office and they kept telling me to drop off the keys at the orange box- there was no orange Uhaul box
SEAN BThe virtual assistant seemed as though they had never been to this location. There was no orange dropbox for keys. Inly one for payments and storage building locks. Very frustrating to not have a live person at a 6pm drop off.
dawn pLate opening so had to return the truck via email. The U-Haul site could not find the location. Spent 30 minutes on the phone to finalize return
Nate BI would highly recommend that you appropriately explain the mileage system to customers so that they don't get charged for extra miles that they are unaware of.
