Communication the 1800 number to uhaul was horrible and had wrost attuide ever they told me to return the uhal to nearest uhaul place then thew a fit like 2 year old saying I should of called them first so yea yall 1800 number is horrible and rude

Drop off location was closed when we dropped off the truck (on a weekend). There was no instructions on the building as to what to do, and there was no slot to drop the keys. Someone passing by just happened to stop and tell us where to drop off the keys.
