I signed up to use the mobile app. The barcode/QR code was not posted, so we had to call 3 different people being bounced around from each to get a code to unlock the box for keys. I was not offered anything for my problems or delays in getting to move. It was a HORRIBLE experience!! It ruined what was supposed to be a special day!
