How U-Haul Reviews Work9 months pregnant stuck out in the heat with no ac in my car for a reservation and no one showed up . Feet swelled up I almost passed out . Took over an hour to get help over the phone. This is my experience with renting uhaul and I promise I won't do it again and they also charged me and extra 50 cause the truck is parked on a hill and gas didn't read right . So yeah fuck y'all stupid money hungry ass wipes
Stacy CHad to change pick up location because truck wasn't available at original location. Checking in at a closed location was ridiculous. Couldn't verify me. Had to give several phone numbers for them to call to ID me. Check engine light was on in truck. Originally paid extra for furniture dolly. Truck didnt have dolly or blankets.
Isaiah BI had to remotely return my U-Haul as they didn’t open until 10:00. No customer service at all and never saw the inside of the building. I suggest going to a location with better hours.
Lonnie EYou changed the pickup location and then would not allow me to drop off at a different location much closer to my end location.
