100% recommend Lakeview. Good people who know what they're doing. They also seem to be familiar with the shortfalls of the U-Haul customer service phone dept and know how to fix things on their end. If a U-Haul rental experience was limited to the people at B&T (my pickup location) and Lakeview (Dropoff location), I'd rent U-Hauls every time I needed to move in a box truck. But - I'll definitely think twice before renting U-Haul again - I've got to have a solid customer service line, and U-Haul doesn't have it, nor do they have an app worth anything. I installed it and it crashed immediately after opening it. Re-installed, tried on different phones in my group - all the same thing. So... location? strong 5 stars. Quality of the truck? Again, solid 5. Customer service dept that gave me confidence I'd be billed correctly? Zero stars. NOTE: I WAS billed correctly; I give credit to Lakeview and B&T for that because they processed it.

charged ys for returning wmpty which is false and for dirty trick which was false since I swept it out myself. And they lied about their hours for return and was closed, then stated it was returned next day at 10:45. Thry are NOT honest. disputing charges at this point of return location.
RANDY KDrop off went well, but it was a little concerning to me because I had to disconnect and place the car dolly that was rented along with the truck.
ADOLPH HCharged cleaning fee and left truck in same condition it was given to us. So not sure why charged 50 cleaning fee other wise ok

The customer service is consistently excellent, and they’re always willing to help however they can. It’s refreshing to walk into a business where you’re treated so kindly every time.
