Overall a good solid experience. Nothing GREAT or TERRIBLE. The drop off date was incorrect on the contract and I pointed that out to the Rep when picking up the trailer. I was told it was no big deal to just call UHaul and amend it. Well, it was a bit more involved than that and if it were not for the kindness of the Rep I spoke to, would have cost me another $20. Also, when I reserved the trailer, the system told me I had to return it to North East, MARYLAND yet my destination was in Newark, DELAWARE. Not sure why U-Haul had forced me to drive by probably 50 UHaul locations closer to Newark, Delaware to return the trailer. There was even a dealer next door to the complex where I was unloading the trailer. Any feedback appreciated.
