Owner charged additional day when trailer was returned on time. I looked around the entire establishment for an associate when I brought the trailer back and found no one. I dropped the trailer in its original space, snapped a photo and left. Then I get a bill for over $200 for a 2 day rental!

Went as expected...perfect
PETER II was charged $20 for an after hours drop off-fee. U-Haul sent me text messages that they were trying to line up the next rental for this trailer. I return it early and get charged extra to do so. It's not the $20 it's the principal. The only communication was the receipt.
