Returning the vehicle was easy and hassle free. The person was easy to with, friendly and professional. Took less than 5 minutes. Awesome. Great experience.
RICHARD BThe employees were disgustingly disrespectful. They had no idea how to return the equipment because the owner wasn’t there. Stood in the lobby for 15 minutes while they called to ask the owner what to do. Refused to let us drop off the equipment at the drop off location because they wanted us to park it in a sketchy alley behind their building instead. Said it was “our job” to put it wherever they wanted us to regardless of what the signs said. I have rented uhauls a dozen times and this has ruined my experience. I will not be utilizing this location ever again, and probably not U-Haul again after this.
GABRIEL HAC front vent blowers would not work, inside Storage area of truck was a little dirty Owner very nice and helpful.
