The drop off process was very easy. staff agent came out and greeted me to help with the check in process. Agent was polite and very helpful and made my experience quick, easy and smooth.

Staff very disrespectful and curse a lot smells like marijuana when u walk in the building and staff very rude when talking too.
TIARA RDon’t change location on the customer to a middle eastern man that doesn’t speak English and doesn’t acknowledge your rental. Absolutely horrible experience and you support a front for a terrorist organization. R&M should never be allowed to be associated with uhaul.
