Nick's garage was fine, I had originally booked the trailer for pickup at a location closer to my home and didn't hear from uhaul until they gave me a different date, time and location which did complicate my move. I would recommend that uhaul try to uphold the agreements even if they need to move equipment to a different location vs having the customer make the accommodation to alter their plans

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMade it very easy to rent and modify the rental when our needs changed. Check-in process and the end was quick and easy.
ERIK JEasy pickup, quiet location. Very personable staff.
Tilman SI ordered a trailer from one spot and 2 days before they sent me to the main branch who didn’t have anything for me and sent me out to nicks who did a great job of taking care of me! Then about 15 minutes after we had loaded you guys called wondering if I was going to use my rental which I said we already had. She offered upgrade me to a bigger trailer. Didn’t seem very organized.
Don PNick was absolutely amazing. He was easy to work with. Gave good instructions on where to put the truck, was very professional and overall very pleasant to work with. I would definitely pick up or return to him in the future. He was the only positive of this UHaul moving experience.
