The Aegis website said it was open at 10am plus they had a open sign lit up in the window. Waited about twenty minutes and no one showed up. Then I called the Aegis business number and couldn't get in touch with nobody. Finally I went through the U-Haul website and they directed me how to turn in the U-Haul van that I rented.

She even came out and advised me on how to properly hook up the trailer hitch and made certain that it was properly connected to my vehicle and that the brake lights, turn signals and emergency flashers worked properly. An excellent experience!!
