WILLIAM WThe people there had no idea what they were doing. Made me call uhaul because they said I had something rented for more than 150 days. Turns out they said it was the trailer itself that hadn't been rented in 150 days. The reptile store smelled so bad it was hard to breath. They kept swiping my credit card because the couldn't figure out how to charge me. They didn't know the ball hitch size requirement when I asked them. And finally when they got the trailer hooked up they just walked away from me. Didn't do a walk around for damage or safety check. Didn't even get a change to tell them about some minor damage I seen.
