I didn’t know it at the time of pickup but there was an obvious tire balance issue I shared at the drop off location. They apologized and said they would have it checked. I appreciate that and know the next renter will too. Not sure what could have been done prior to my rental.

JASON CReserved a 15' truck a day or two in advance at this location. Went to go pick it up at scheduled time 9am on 6/1/25, they didn't have the 15' truck that said was available but only a 26'. Once looking at the reservation in the app, I noticed the pickup location had been changed on me without notification and was 30 minutes away. Needless to say, the truck I reserved was not available at the location and time I scheduled. So I was up-charged more for a 26' truck that was way more than I needed and it was not even ready to begin with and took 20 mins to get ready putting me behind for the day. On top of that they added extra charges on the checkout that I normally decline, which led to the expense being more than what I budgeted. They blamed U-Haul for not having the truck, but I am sure that the location is responsible for updating their inventory and availability. Otherwise, it would not have let me make the reservation for what I selected. Correct?
ROBERT CService was great. Liked not having to go to Evansville. Pick up was easy. Drop off was not as easy. Others had blocked the spot where my trailer was. My ONLY issue is the lot is small. I HATED TO LEAVE THE TRAILER IN FRONT OF OTHER TRAILERS.
