There was trash in the cab (behind driver/passenger seat) from previous users. Dropbox for return was easy to find but facility could be better lit for a 6:30PM drop off in the winter. Did not feel safe when no one was present in the front office.

Process was super easy!
KEITH HHORRIBLE! The app was down it took one hour ro get the truck and it did not have the equipment i poaid for in it and had NO GAS
