The team member that assisted with the rental was nice, personable, and helpful, and the truck was clean. However, the return instructions were not made clear to us; it was not verbally specified to us the additional fees we may incur for returning the vehicle after hours. Also, the website/return process was a headache; the website is clunky and it crashed multiple times, and the pics of the vehicle that are required for return did not initially upload. I ended up calling customer service for assistance to ensure I was not charged for anything extra.
