Tried to drop off my equipment using your web site. Very frustrating experience

I thinks its, ridiculous that Uhaul charged $140 to travel from Hermiston or. To San Antonio tx. And $618 to travel from San Antoino tx back to Hermiston Or. The exact same distance both ways. The same size 5x8 trailer. The uhaul company should be a shamed of themselves. I have used uhaul several times in the last few years but never again.

The location I was sent to after making a reservation was closed, I was lucky to get another truck not the length I needed but better than nothing I guess??

I reserved a 26 ft uhaul online a month in advance. The day before my move i recieved a call from their main office pretty much telling me the gave away my uhaul because it was in high demand. Very inconvenient not to mention they would not do anything to fix their wrongs. Terrible customer service. If i had not been called on such short notice with no other option because the lack of time, i definatly would not have wasted my time or money after being screwed over. However, the staff at D&R were very great. Great customer service great attitudes.

My comment has nothing to do with the pick up site, it has to do with what I was told and what happened. So far I am NOT happy with the U haul in general. I was told one thing and then another. It took many calls to customer service for my move to get things on track, and then things I told CS was wrong wasn't fixed, and no a 4 bedroom apt will not fit into a 20 footer, unless they had nothing but basics. U haul knows they have the game in Hermiston tied up and in my opinion they used this to their advantage, competition gives you reasonable prices, as the only game in town, they know you have to use them. D & R towing has always been good, it is u haul I am not happy with.

The counter person was too busy to listen to me.

Horrible experience all around, my truck was not what I asked for. Major issues with central reservations. Personnel at the business were not friendly. I will not ever recommend UHaul. UHaul and this business do not even warrant one star.

I recommend not moving in bad weather. U-haul was excellent!

When I called to ask a question they weren't very helpful.

the woman whom worked the front was rude and abrupt.

Provide a lunch room for the secretary as we interrupted her lunch and she was a bit grumpy, although she did take care of the paperwork and tell me where to go, that is where to park the trailer.

Rented $29.95/day truck and paid $44.95. No insurance or extras except mileage estimate. At turn-in an additional day was $39.95 and charged for mileage again. I would have figured 2 days at $29.95 plus 17 miles at $.40 would have been in the ballpark of $68. I was charged $91.87. Won't be using or recommending U-Haul again.
